A huge thank you to the FERR and GoodGym volunteers who recently gave the Elm Road Rec playgrounds a much-needed tidy-up.
The team cleared weeds, accumulated debris and stinging nettles from around the play areas, and picked up litter across the playgrounds. By the end of the session, bags of green waste and rubbish had been removed and the space was looking much tidier and more welcoming for local families.

This kind of practical help makes a real difference to everyone who uses the park. Thank you to everyone who came along, brought tools, filled bags, and helped make the playgrounds a better place for children and families to enjoy.
